An Adult Psychiatry Initial Consultation is a comprehensive session designed to assess and understand your unique mental health needs. This session allows for an in-depth evaluation of your mental health concerns, including any past diagnoses, current challenges, and life circumstances. Based on this information, I can provide expert recommendations, including options to explore various solutions including both medication and therapy, to help you achieve optimal mental well-being. This intake serves as the foundation for developing a tailored treatment plan focused on your specific needs.
