FAQ

Yes, I do offer in-person appointments! While virtual care can be convenient, I understand that it’s not ideal for everyone. In-person sessions are available at my office in Andover, MA, though please note that I am not taking new patients at this time.

Yes! All virtual visits are conducted through a HIPAA-compliant version of Zoom, ensuring your privacy and confidentiality are protected. Please note that I am not taking new patients at this time.

I am currently in-network with select private insurance plans, including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield of MA, Carelon Behavioral Health, Cigna, Optum (Oxford, Oscar, and United Healthcare), Point32 (Harvard Pilgrim and Tufts) and Quest Behavioral Health.

To streamline the insurance process and improve access to care for you and your family, I’ve partnered with Headway, a secure platform that helps manage scheduling and billing. Please see my Headway profile to view accepted plans and receive an estimate of your session cost.

If I am not in-network with your insurance provider, Headway can provide a superbill — a detailed receipt that you can submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

Please note that my private practice is not currently in-network with any public insurance plans (such as Medicaid or MassHealth). If you are covered by a public insurance plan, I recommend reaching out to your local Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC), which offers comprehensive services including psychiatric care and therapy.
