Veronica Faller M.D.

Hello and welcome — I’m so glad you’re here!

I’m a Harvard-trained, double board-certified attending physician in Adult Psychiatry and Child & Adolescent Psychiatry. My clinical work is grounded in deep expertise, but also in empathy, inclusivity, and respect for each individual’s story.

I have a special interest in supporting high-achieving students and medical professionals who may look just fine on the outside, but are struggling beneath the surface. I offer thoughtful, personalized care for those navigating ADHD, autism, mood and anxiety disorders, and trauma.

If you’re looking for a warm, compassionate psychiatrist who will partner with you to explore therapy, medication, or both — I invite you to reach out to see if we're a good fit!

Working With Me

You’ll find no shortage of highly qualified, compassionate psychiatrists in Massachusetts — many with impressive credentials, including Harvard training. You’ll also find therapists who specialize in supporting high-achieving students and their families.

What truly sets me apart is more than my training: it’s my lived experience. As a private school graduate and a working mom, I understand firsthand the unique pressures, unspoken expectations, and emotional toll that high-performing environments can place on both kids and parents.

If you're looking for a psychiatrist who not only has the expertise, but also truly "gets it" on a personal level, let's connect!
