Medication Management
During follow-up appointments, we will review your progress, assess any side effects or changes in symptoms, and ensure that the treatment plan aligns with your evolving needs. This appointment allows for ongoing support in managing medication, fostering open communication, and ensuring that treatment continues to meet your best interests. We will decide together on the frequency of these sessions. Prescriptions, if needed, will be sent securely and electronically directly to a pharmacy of your choice.
